Ground Beef and Veggie Skillet

Ingredients:
Ground beef - 1/2 lb.
Bell pepper,  2  (any you prefer, here I use red and yellow)
Garlic - 3 cloves minced
Strips of bacon - 3chopped
Balsamic vinegar - 3 tbs. 
Stewed tomatoes - 1 can
Oregano - 1 tsp. 
Tarragon - 1 tsp.
Italian seasoning - 1 tsp.
Cayenne pepper - 1 tsp. 
Salt - 2 tsp. 
Black pepper - 1 tsp.

Rustic Sweet and Savory Stew

Main Ingredients:
Chicken tenderloin - 4 oz. cubed
Italian sausage - 2 broken up
Campari tomatoes - 3 chopped
Sweet potato, -1 chopped (can be substituted with butternut squash, calabaza)
Spinach - 10 oz. (I used defrosted, but fresh would be best)
Tomato paste - 2 tbs.
Chicken broth - ½ cup (I used organic, low sodium - controls sodium level)
Butter - 1 tsp. (unsalted)
Curry - 1 tbs.
Italian seasoning - ½ tsp.
Basil - ½ tsp.
Parsley - ½ tsp
Oregano - ½ tsp.
Nutmeg - ½ tsp. fresh grated
Salt - 1 tsp.
Black Pepper - ½ tsp.

Zesty Tomato Chicken with Roasted Sweet Veggies

Zesty Tomato Chicken:
Chicken Tenderloin - 4 oz.
Campari tomatoes - 2 medium diced
Coconut milk - ½ cup
Parsley - 1 tsp.
Italian seasoning - 1 tsp.
Basil - ½ tsp.
Oregano - ½ tsp.
Herbs de Provence - ½ tsp.
Garlic - 2 medium cloves minced
Salt - 1 tsp.
Black pepper - ½ tsp.

Watermelon Arugula Salad

Watermelon - 2 cups chopped
Bacon - 6 strips 
Asparagus - 12 spears
Arugula - 3 handfuls
Salt - 1 tsp
Black pepper - ½ tsp.

Dressing:
Balsamic vinegar - ½ cup
Bacon fat - 2 tsp. - or extra virgin olive oil
Extra virgin olive oil - 2 tsp.
Sesame oil - 1 tsp.
Salt - ½ tsp.
Black pepper - ½ tsp.

Eggs -  6 scrambled
Italian sausages - 2 out of casing
Campari tomatoes - 7 diced
Artichoke hearts -  3-4 diced (check for natural ingredients)
Whole milk - 2 tbs. 
Olive oil - ½ tsp.
Sage - 1 ½ tsp.
Basil - 1 tsp.
Parsley - ½ tsp.
Oregano - ½ tsp.
Celery Salt - ½ tsp.
Salt - 1 tsp.
