Roast Pork and Cabbage

Ingredients
Pork sirloin tip roast - 4 oz.
Yellow onion - 1 chopped
Celery - 6 chopped
Carrot - 5 chopped
Cabbage - 1 chopped
Soy Sauce - 3 tsp. (Not paleo, but I think it adds great flavor. You can omit and use more salt.)
Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp. (same goes for this with flavor)
Garlic - 4 cloves minced
Red Wine - 1/1/2 cups
Tomatoes - 1 can diced
Lemon - 1 squeezed

Rustic Sweet and Savory Stew

Main Ingredients:
Chicken tenderloin - 4 oz. cubed
Italian sausage - 2 broken up
Campari tomatoes - 3 chopped
Sweet potato, -1 chopped (can be substituted with butternut squash, calabaza)
Spinach - 10 oz. (I used defrosted, but fresh would be best)
Tomato paste - 2 tbs.
Chicken broth - ½ cup (I used organic, low sodium - controls sodium level)
Butter - 1 tsp. (unsalted)
Curry - 1 tbs.
Italian seasoning - ½ tsp.
Basil - ½ tsp.
Parsley - ½ tsp
Oregano - ½ tsp.
Nutmeg - ½ tsp. fresh grated
Salt - 1 tsp.
Black Pepper - ½ tsp.

Smokey Chili with Bacon, Chicken and Steak

Ingredients:
Chicken tenderloin - 8 oz. ground
Top round steak - 11.2 oz. ground
Bacon - 6 strips diced (I used hickory smoked, any will do)
Yellow onions - 2 diced
Campari tomatoes - 9 diced
Caned diced tomato - 14.5 oz. = 1 can
Caned tomato paste - 6 oz. = 1 small can
Chicken broth - low sodium, 3 cups
80% dark chocolate - 2 squares = 2 oz.
Haas avocado, -1 diced
Almond flour - 2 tbs.
Garlic - 7 cloves, minced
Pickled chili peppers - 1 red, 1 green (optional: I pickled these myself, no preservatives)
Apple cider vinegar - 2 tbs.

Caribbean Curry Coconut Tuna

Flavors and spices inspired by Indo-Caribbean cuisine.

Ingredients:
Tuna - 2 steaks cubed, 4 oz. each
Eggplant - 2 small chopped
Onion - 2 small chopped
Bell peppers - ½ of each chopped; red, yellow and orange
Coconut milk - ½ cup 
Pineapple - 3-4 slices chopped (primal: canned, click and refer to #10)
Pineapple juice - 2 tbs. of juice from the can 
Extra virgin olive oil - 3 tbs.
Apple cider vinegar - 1 tbs.
Ginger - thin slice minced
Garlic - 2 small cloves minced
